- High season: from 15.07 to 15.09
- Mid season: from 1.06 to 14.07 and fom 16.09 to 30.10
- Low Season: Rest of the year.
- Included in high season: Long weekends, Easter, Christmas, national holidays and local festivities.
- * Check-in time is between 16 p.m. and 19 p.m. and the check-out before 10 a.m.
- * Reservations will be confirmed once a 25% down payment has been received. The rest of the payment will be taken on arrival.
- * In the event of a cancellation the owner of the rural house is entitled to keep part or all of the deposit.
- * The owner may ask for a 10 % deposit, apart from the rent, to cover possible damage. If there is no damage, the deposit will be returned when you leave the property or within a maximum of 20 days.
- * Clients must pay for extra services directly to the owner :extra beds, telephone, extra sheets, charcoal, firewood, etc.
