THE HAUSE
AneMiren Etxea is a spacious Rural House located at the foothills of Pagolar mountain with beautiful views of Llodio and Ayala valleys. It is only 4 kms from Llodio town centre and offers all that you need for your enjoyment and relaxation.
The house is rented whole and sleeps up to 8 people. There are 4 rooms (3 twin rooms and 1 double with king size bed) each with en-suite bathroom, a living/dining area with an open fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with all domestic appliances and utensils, a spacious, covered porch and a 500m2 garden with a barbecue and private parking.
It has central heating, with thermostatically controlled radiators in every room and a thermostat in the lounge. In addition, it has ADSL Internet connection with WIFI system.
AneMiren Etxea rents whole, not by rooms, and as such it is ideal for a family or different families together, groups of friends, students, workers, stag and hen parties, clubs and associations, etc. who wish to get together to share moments of relaxation, leisure and adventure, good food and wine … in touch with nature but with all essential services on the doorstep.
